Tango is the most famous dance in Argentina. It is originated in Buenos Aires, the Argentine tango is now known throughout the world. Tango is a sensual and intimate dance performed by couples. It is start in 1800s by lower-economic communities of Buenos Aires then spread to wealthier areas of Buenos Aires.
Tango Music
Carlos Gardel became especially associated with the transition from a lower-class "gangster" music to a respectable middle-class dance. He helped develop tango-canción in the 1920s and became one of the most popular tango artists of all time. He was also one of the precursors of the Golden Age of tango.
